Cyprus Hotels in Winter
Booking a hotel in Cyprus is winter is not as far out as it sounds. Luxury Cyprus Hotels are generally located on the beach and yes the water is too cold to swim in, but we’re not saying ‘come for the beach’. We’re saying come for the Cyprus Weather.

Cyprus is having an exceptional winter however, it has been raining alot, but why not come in March for some crips clear air in the mountains, whilst enjoying some brisk walks on the golf course back at the hotel?
Flights also tend to be much cheaper in the winter as one would expect, and so too is everything else on the island. Local shopping, restaurants, groceries, entertainment – everything is offered at winter rates so there is alot of savings to be made.

There are a few different options when scouring the internet for villas in Cyprus for you to choose from so let’s go through the options.
Aphrodite Hills
This is perhaps one of the most popular destinations on the island when it comes to villa rentals. With their new contemporary designs, large gardens, heated swimming pools and proximity to the golf course and villas square amenities, there are many reasons why this resort is a priority on many peoples search lists.
One of the added benefits of Aphrodite Hills is that it is only 12 mins drive from Paphos airport. Added benefits include restaurants and mini supermarket on-site as well as a spa and tennis academy.
The biggest selling point is the Aphrodite Hills Kids Club.
Pissouri
A very scenic location in Cyprus, Pissouri is our personal favourite. It is a quiet, stunning location with a lovely beach, perfect for the family holidays. The bay and village itself of course boast a selection of restaurants to choose from and we highly recommend visiting this area of Cyprus even if not booking a villa here.
Coral Bay Paphos
This is mainstream Paphos, being a seaside town it is going to be very popular with tourists. Agios does boast an extensive range of beachside holiday villas in the Paphos and Coral Bay areas. Most properties are within a few meters of the sea, one particular project is our absolute favourite – beach villas in Cyprus

Very few Cyprus Luxury Hotels offer you a spectacular sea view, with an exquisite 18 hole golf course in the foreground, from a balcony that features a jacuzzi from which to take it all in. At the Aphrodite Hills Hotel in Paphos, this is where it is all possible.

Just around the corner in the hotel square you will have access to over 14 restaurants from which to enjoy a varied spread of international cuisine, Cypriot food obviously being the highlight. The great thing about this Cyprus Hotel is that everything you would probably need is within walking distance. OK, so there may not be a beach right outside your doorstep, but there is one close by.
The Aphrodite Hills Hotel is certainly worth every star rating that is has been awarded. The resort itself is fabulous, offering you relaxation in a pristine environment. Paphos airport is mere 12km away so getting to and from the airport is the least of your concerns. There is a kids club, so looking after the kids all day is not a priority.
What is a priority is how you go about relaxing, whether you choose to recline by the main swimming pool, or by your private pool in one of the junior suites. Aphrodite Hills boasts many great features, but the Hotel is one of the main key points and we invite you to visit us particularly between the months of April to October when the weather is at its best.

Welcome to our first preview of what you can expect on our new Cyprus Luxury Hotels
We’re going big, bright, and informative. We’ve realised that many of the larger Cyprus hotel booking sites fetch information from the same systems as each which is why presentation, information and prices to a large degree are all the same. We are going to take a completely different approach – we’re changing almost every aspect of how a hotel presents itself, at least on this website.
We’ll try tackle the important things you want to know when looking for a hotel holiday in Cyprus, like: what are the children’s facilities like, what is there to do in the area, and is there a daily activity plan i can make use of should i decide not to spend the day by the pool.
We consider a hotel room just the same as a luxury villa rental, you need to see it, explore it, know it and feel comfortable that what you will be arriving to is what you are seeing online.
You need to have peace of mind that all your requirements will be met from start to finish and they every aspect of your holiday will go smoothly.
One of the great things that hotel site do currently do is link into the tripadvisor review system. Love it or hate it, most hotels are on there and it is a good way of assessing not the positive, but the negative reviews. We’ll be offering this same feature.
Our first hotel to make an entry will be the Aphrodite Hills Hotel. Something of an exception, this is not a beach hotel – it part of a 5 star full integrated resort, that happens to have a beach very close by. With a kids club, activity center, golf course, spa, tennis academy and village square restaurants, there is much to offer.
